Academic Advising

Academic advisors are available to assist you in achieving your educational, career, and personal goals.

Academic Support Resources/Tutoring

Moraine Park offers tutorial services to students who are experiencing difficulties in their courses.

Basic Education, GED, & ELL

Moraine Park offers Basic Education, GED, and ELL services through the Student Success Center located on each campus.

Career Center

The Moraine Park Technical College Career Centers provide adults and youth with tools for career planning and for conducting a job search.

Counseling Services

Counseling services, which are free and confidential, are available to assist you with personal, career, educational issues.

Disability Resources/Accommodations

A wide variety of services are available at all three MPTC campus locations to assist students with disabilities or special circumstances. Services are available for students who are deaf/hard of hearing; blind/visually impaired; have learning disabilities; have physical, language, speech or other health impairments.

Diversity Relations

In support of the College’s mission and vision statement, the Diversity Relations Office strives to promote cultural understanding, sensitivity, and overall respect for all backgrounds.

A non-traditional occupation (NTO) is defined as any occupation in which one gender makes up less than 25 percent of the workforce.

Student Records

It is the policy of Moraine Park Technical College to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). Contact the Registrar’s Office for more information regarding your student records.

Testing Services

GED, HSED, Accuplacer and Credit for Prior Learning by Exam testing services are available.

Transition Specialist

The Transition Specialist provides specific enrollment and engagement information to potential MPTC students in the community and area schools.

Veteran Services

Veteran Services provides assistance with tuition resources, admissions process, person academic planning, student veterans community involvement and connecting you to the MPTC Student Veterans Association.
