Finish your degree in two years, or opt for part-time to fit your schedule. Apply credits from Technical Diploma (TD) and Certificate (C) programs.

Technical Diplomas (TD)
Finish your degree in one year. Prepare for a specific occupation, typically at an entry level. Credit requirements range from 15 to 35 credits.
Apprenticeships (A)
If you want a balance of on-the-job training and classroom learning, an apprenticeship program might be the perfect fit.

Training Period:
- 4,576 hour apprenticeship with a combination of on-the-job learning and related instruction coursework
- Minimum of 576 hours of related instruction (400 hours paid)
- Complete Transition to Trainer course in the final year
Fond du Lac Campus
Training Period:
- Training period of 2 years, 4,160 hours minimum
- Training includes a minimum of 416 hours of paid related instruction
- Complete Transition to Trainer course in the final year
Certificates (C)
Focus on specific skills. Apply credits toward Technical Diploma and Associate Degree programs. Credit requirements range from 8 to 18 credits.
Fond du Lac Campus
The Sanitation and Safety, and Baking courses can be transferred directly into Moraine Park’s Culinary Arts associate of applied science degree if students wish to continue their education. Students and graduates who want specialized training in Artisan Baking may have already completed several of the certificate courses.

The Culinary Fundamentals courses can be transferred directly into Moraine Park’s Culinary Assistant technical diploma and Culinary Arts associate degree if students wish to continue their education.
