Moraine Park Technical College is part of the Wisconsin Technical College System and serves students and business partners across ten counties at all stages of life and careers. The College plays a crucial role in educating students across a variety of in-demand programs and in training for industry-critical jobs in the region. Moraine Park has campuses in Beaver Dam, Fond du Lac and West Bend.

APPRENTICESHIPS

Apprenticeship programs are sponsored by employers, employer associations or labor groups and offer students the opportunity to learn while they work.

Apprenticeships allow individuals to learn while on the job to foster growth within existing and emerging industries and occupations. Moraine Park offers paid-related instruction to employer-sponsored apprentices in the following Registered Apprenticeship programs:

BOOT CAMPS

Moraine Park is helping combat the skilled worker shortage by providing skill development (or boot camps) in a variety of Manufacturing Skills Academies. Partner with employers to provide employment opportunities for boot camp students.

PROGRAM ADVISORY COMMITTEES

Program advisory committees provide insight on current practices, labor needs and future industry trends to guide curricular outcomes and equipment purchases. It is through this guidance programs can be attentive and responsive to the needs and expectations of business and industry in the College district. Membership is comprised of program area practitioners from district employers.

INDUSTRY STEERING COMMITTEES

Industry steering committees are sector representative, such as manufacturing or health. The purpose of these committees is to engage senior-level representatives from district employers in an effort to identify and discuss visions and trends in workforce, practices, processes, and equipment in order to help guide longterm planning and decision-making at the College.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Moraine Park experts will work with you to develop customized solutions, professional development opportunities, seminars and more. These can be held at your location or on a Moraine Park Campus and can be scheduled to fit the needs of your business.

FACILITIES RENTAL

Community partners can rent meeting rooms or conference spaces on any Moraine Park campus.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The Moraine Park Foundation partners with individuals and businesses to help make education accessible and affordable for Moraine Park students through scholarship assistance. Your business can create a named scholarship, and you will have the opportunity to meet your scholarship recipient(s).
