Has previous life experience already helped you build knowledge and skills applicable to your studies? If so, we want to recognize that – and help you save time and money in the process. Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) can be a valuable piece of your education. Applying CPL credits to a MPTC program of study can save you both time spent in the classroom and money spent on tuition and fees. Students earning CPL credit move that much closer to obtaining the MPTC associate degree, technical diploma, or certificate they seek.
Did you know? A study by CAEL-The Council for Adult and Experiential Learning showed that students earning some sort of CPL credit were much more likely to complete their program and graduate! (CAEL-Fueling the Race for Academic Success-March 2010)
