Your Financial Responsibility
Moraine Park Technical College wishes to be transparent about the financial expectations of students to the college. All students must acknowledge their agreement to the Financial Responsibility Agreement only one time each academic year before access to registration can be granted.
The Financial Responsibility Agreement details the student’s responsibility to remit payment for charges incurred at the college, repercussions of non-payment, as well as college communications and consent to do business electronically.
Tuition & Fees must be paid in full, a payment plan set up, your financial aid complete, or an authorization to pay by a third party (DVR, Employer, etc.) on file by the payment due date to guarantee your spot in a class. Moraine Park reserves the right to withdraw students from courses for non-payment. However, nonpayment does not automatically result in withdrawal.
Do you need to withdraw from a course or change courses? Please go to myMPTC>My Academics>Registration>Add/Drop Classes or complete and submit the Add/ Drop Form. Please read the Payment, Withdrawal and Refund Overview.
Billing

Your student account is available online, 24/7 via myMPTCstudent>MyFinances>MaxPay. The student account shows real time account transactions and account balances and is the official college bill.
Payment Due Dates
- Payment due dates are 2 weeks prior to the start of every term.
- Please check Important Dates for a complete list of due dates and deadlines.
- If you register after the due date, payment is due at the time of registration.
