High School Transcripts

If you are still in high school, you can submit your current transcripts to complete the admissions process.  However, after graduation from high school, a final transcript showing graduation date and final grades is required.

GED/HSED Transcripts

If you earned a GED/HSED after 2014, your transcripts need to include the test scores.

College Transcripts

Official college transcripts are needed to apply any eligible transfer credits to your MPTC record.  If you have college credit at more than one college, an official transcript must be submitted from each college to MPTC.

Do NOT have your transcripts sent to yourself. To be used to award transfer credit, transcripts must come directly from the college/university to MPTC.

How to send your official high school, GED/HSED, or college transcripts to MPTC:

• Request your official transcript through your college, university, high school, or state GED request process and send directly to MPTC.

Request MPTC Transcripts

Your Moraine Park Technical College transcript is the official record of your grades.  Transcripts are confidential and cannot be released without your authorization. Please follow the directions below to request your Moraine Park Technical College transcript.

Welcome to Moraine Park Technical College’s Online Transcript Ordering.

Orders can be requested and tracked 24/7!

For each transcript requested, the standard processing fee includes a $6.00 MPTC fee and a $3.51 Parchment fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:

• MPTC retains records from all of its campuses.
• Students who previously took classes through MPTC and are returning, do not need to send their MPTC transcript to our school.
• Official transcripts are available as eTranscripts and paper.
• Express/overnight delivery of transcripts is available through your Parchment order.
• All financial obligations to MPTC must be satisfied before a transcript order will be processed. Students will be notified via email if there is a debt on your account.
• Hold for pick-up transcripts will be available for pickup only at The Fond du Lac Campus Student Services Office, 235 North National Avenue, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. Photo ID required. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. You will receive an email notification when your transcript is ready for pick-up.
• In-person pick-up transcripts will be marked “Issued to Student”.

Transcripts can be ordered with our partner Parchment, through our secure online transcript ordering.

*Moraine Park Technical College is closed on holidays and weekends.  Transcripts are processed Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
**Moraine Park Technical College is closed on Fridays in June and July.

Request Enrollment Verification

Students and third party, such as employer, credit card, or insurance company may request enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse. This can be done in one of the following ways:

1. Visit National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) website at http://www.nslc.org
2. Send email to National Student Clearinghouse degreeverify@studentclearinghouse.org.

Enrollment Status Fall and Spring Semester

• Full-time status = 12 or more undergraduate-level credits
• Three-quarter status = At least 9 but fewer than 12 undergraduate-level credits
• Half-time status = At least 6 credits but fewer than 9 undergraduate-level credits
• Part-time status = fewer than 6 credits undergraduate-level credits”
