Host your next meeting or event at MPTC!

Our campus is full of beautiful spaces that can be customized for groups of all sizes and learning styles. Our facility rentals are affordable, convenient and up-to-date with media and technology capabilities, plus ample complimentary parking for your guests.

General Classroom Rental

General classrooms are available for rental and can accommodate groups up to 56 people. Seating options such as classroom style, square style and pods are available and all rooms are equipped with a computer and projector.

Conference Center Rental

Rent space for your next meeting or event at Moraine Park Technical College’s Conference Center! MPTC’s Conference Center can accommodate 450 people in 6,900 square feet of space and can be divided or arranged for a variety of event styles and also has available two classroom-sized breakout rooms for additional space. If your organization is a non-profit and located within the MPTC district you receive a discounted rental rate. Please complete and submit the Conference Center Rental Request below and you will receive a follow up email to finalize any additional questions as it relates to your request date and event and to discuss pricing.

RENTAL FEES

MPTC reserves the right to make facilities available free of charge or to reduce rental and service fees for events sponsored by MPTC administration, student organizations, divisions or academic departments. Such events must be offered free of charge to the general public. The following chart provides the rental fee structure for all MPTC campuses:

Non-profit organizations must show legal non-profit status approved by the Internal Revenue Service. Groups/agencies not supplying a nonprofit tax-exempt number and nonprofit organizations charging an admission or participation fee will be billed.

All fee reductions or waivers must be approved by a campus administrator.

After the event, MPTC will bill that organization for the cost of the event. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

FOOD ARRANGEMENTS

MPTC cafeteria and catering services are provided by a campus-contracted caterer at all main campuses. Any event, meeting, or function wishing to provide food service must use the campus-contracted caterer. The contracted caterer has first right of refusal for all catered events on main campuses.

Menus, ordering process, contact information and billing information can be found at https://mptc.catertrax.com/. All inquiries, requests and orders shall be made in direct contact with the contracted caterer. MPTC does not provide coordination service between the requestor and the catering company.

FOOD ARRANGEMENTS

It is strongly encouraged that external non-college organizations utilize Moraine Park’s contracted on-campus caterer before any outside catering service. Menus, ordering process, contact information and billing information can be found at https://mptc.catertrax.com. All inquiries, requests and orders shall be made in direct contact with the contracted caterer.  MPTC does not provide coordination service between the requestor and the catering company. In the event our on-campus caterer cannot make accommodations to cater your event you will be promptly notified.

External non-college organizations, at their discretion, are free to hire outside 3rd party catering companies for their events. All 3rd party caterers must have liability insurance up to $1,000,000 and all users are responsible for damage caused to persons or property as a result of intentional or negligent conduct.
