To show compliance, Certified Food Managers and Small Operators must post their class completion certificate at their establishment.  Wisconsin DHS no longer issues a separate certificate.  Small Operators are subject to the Small Operator exam in lieu of ServSafe after receiving their initial certification.  These two exams are given in the Food Manager Refresher course so both Small Operators (5 or fewer food handlers) and those needing the ServSafe test (6 or more food handlers) can participate. For other course offerings, search our course schedule.
