New to Food Safety? Obtain your WI Certified Food Manager Certificate (CFM). Learn about temperature control of food during prep, storage, transportation, & service. Cleaning, sanitation & special handling of potentially hazardous food items discussed. Students will be issued a 5-year test completion certificate after passing the exam.

ServSafe Testing
Test Takers for ServSafe only. ServSafe test completion with a proctor for those seeking to re-certify as a Food Manager. Students need to purchase online test in class.

To show compliance, Certified Food Managers must post their class completion certificate at their establishment. Wisconsin DHS no longer issues a separate certificate. Utilize the ServSafe exam to test at the end of class (online purchase required). Successful students will be issued a course completion certificate and testing is required every five years.
