Once you are registered for the Medical Office Practicum course, you are required to attend a core information session.  (The Medical Office Practicum is a hands-on skills class held in a supervised clinical setting.  It is taken in the second semester for full-time students or later for part-time students.)

This will be explained at your Program Advisor Meeting.

Business casual clothing is required for practicum.  A name badge is required which is purchased in the MPTC bookstore.

If you are concerned with your ability to meet these or want a full list of the functional abilities, it is important to talk with your advisor early.  More information will be shared during the core information session, this includes acknowledgement that you are able to perform the activities.

You have already completed your Background Information Disclosure (BID) but you may need to do a recheck in the future.
