Mid-Day Wellness – Nutrition

Learn quick and easy ways to eat healthier followed by a session of stretching that can be done anywhere, including your desk, with a focus on head, neck and shoulders. Series 1 will review that what you eat (and when) affects your energy levels and ability to focus during the workday. These mid-day classes are offered by a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach via Zoom and students will be actively engaged and encouraged to participate in their work or work at home environment if they so desire.
$25 per person. Price includes materials.
