Mid-Day Wellness – Focus & Productivity

Learn quick and easy ways to improve your sleep naturally followed by a session of stretching that can be done anywhere, including your desk, with a focus on hands, wrists, arms and shoulders. Series 2 will teach you ways to overcome sleep challenges that can leave you tired, grumpy, and unproductive at work. These mid-day classes are offered by a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach via Zoom and students will be actively engaged and encouraged to participate in their work or work at home environment if they so desire.
$25 per person. Price includes materials.
