Unlocking CommUNITY: Real Talk. Real Growth invites participants to explore how identity, values, and personal experiences shape the way we connect with others. Through interactive activities and meaningful dialogue, we’ll practice engaging in challenging conversations with empathy, curiosity, and respect. You’ll leave with practical strategies for personal growth and actionable steps to strengthen cultural awareness, communication, and belonging in your campus community. This program is for faculty, staff and students of MPTC only. Attendees will receive a $10 food card for any campus cafe’.
