Body Image 101 is an educational interactive program for students with comedy elements that provides practical steps on how to embrace the body you’re in and how to operate in a world that profits off of our insecurities in life, online and on social media. But like… in a fun way. Prevention, intervention and recovery are completely possible, and becoming educated on weight biases, toxic positivity, and signs of disordered eating are key steps toward body acceptance.
