The Thomas Edison Black Maria film Film Festival’s 38th Annual Festival tour returns to the UW Oshkosh – FDL campus. The program features a selection of all genres including animation, documentary, experimental, and narrative shorts from the festival’s 2019 touring collection. Films will be shown in the Prairie Theater. Free, public welcome.
