The Human Resources Associate of Applied Science degree at Moraine Park sets students up for a successful HR career by laying a strong foundation in communication, human relations and business fundamentals. Students learn from instructors who have worked in the field and teach only the most up-to-date strategies in recruiting; coordinating the hiring, benefits, and training and orientation process; maintaining personnel records; safety; and planning company special events and functions.
What You’ll Learn
Students gain hands-on human resources experience, learning how to create an organizational workforce plan, develop training programs, examine HRIS applications, organizational engagement programs, incorporate employment law into business practices and foster effective employee relations.

Tuition Costs
The cost of your degree depends on a number of factors such as total credits required, textbooks and the financial aid you receive. Some programs have additional costs such as uniforms, technology and equipment.

- $215.18 per credit (out-of-state resident)
- Online students are not charged out-of-state fees.

Financial Aid is provided to aid eligible associate degree and technical diploma programs with 28 credits or more. Processing can take 6-8 weeks after a student’s completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is received.
