    Respiratory Therapy Core Intent Form

    The Form will open again on Monday, June 10, 2024 at 8:00 am and will close on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 5:00 pm. Interested students with Respiratory Therapy prerequisite courses in progress during the Summer 2024 term will be considered for Fall 2024 core status. Submission of the Respiratory Therapy Core Intent Form does not guarantee a spot in Fall 2024 core program courses. An evaluation process will occur should there be more submissions than core spots available.
