2020 Gourmet Dinner

Reception 5:30 p.m. – Dinner 7:00 p.m.
Moraine Park Technical College – Fond du Lac Campus  

APPETIZER: Selection of Moroccan dishes served communally. To include taktouka, fire roasted almonds, kefta kebabs, goat cheese spread, marinated sturgeon, baba ghanoush, brined fresh cheese (Grande), and hummus.  Accompanied with khobz (Moroccan bread)

SOUP: Harira – Braised lamp soup with lentils, chickpeas and
preserved lemon

SALAD: Melon and cucumber salad with spiced yogurt

INTERMEZZO: Six tea sorbet with mint

ENTREE: Grass fed beef and vegetable tagine accompanied with
saffron couscous, braised greens and flageolets

DESSERT: A selection of Moroccan treats served communally
