IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Courses fill up fast, register early!
- Sponsors cannot complete EMS & Fire Sponsored Member Registration & Authorization for Release of Student Records Form.
The form must be completed by the student who will be taking the course(s).
- Registrations must be completed via this online process. We cannot accept paper forms or phone registrations.
- Submitting a registration form does not guarantee placement into selected classes. (Check Course Search to verify there are seats available in the course(s) you are requesting.)
- Registrations are processed by staff on a first come first served basis.
- Enrollment is based on class availability and payment (if required) of tuition and fees.
If MPTC does not have a completed Third-Party Sponsorship form on file for your members they will be responsible for paying course fees.

• If you need to add a new member, please submit an additional Third-Party Sponsorship form authorizing MPTC to bill you for the new member.
