Electronic Registration

To register, please carefully read the instructions below.

Are you a Current/Returning Student?

Have you registered for class within the last 18 months?

YES – Click HERE to complete Online Registration through your myMPTC Student account.

(Secure log in using your myMPTC user name and password.)

View the myStudent Center Instructional Video for instructions on how to register online.

Log into myMPTC Student
Select “My Student Center”
Select “Registration and Planning”
Select “Register for Classes”
Select Term and click “Continue”
Enter the class CRNs on the “Enter CRNs” tab and click “Add to Summary”
Click “Submit” to complete registration

Are you a New Student/Program Applicant?

Are you a Non-Program Student or a Student that has not yet been accepted to a Program?
Are you a student that has not previously set up a Dynamic Forms Account?

YES – Click HERE to create a Dynamic Forms Account.

If you already have a Dynamic Forms account or once you have created one, navigate back to the MPTC Registration Form link you need to access and use your verified username and password to log in.
