FIRE and EMS Continuing Education Registration

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Courses fill up fast, register early!

• Sponsors cannot complete EMS & Fire Sponsored Member Registration & Authorization for Release of Student Records Form.
  The form must be completed by the student who will be taking the course(s).
• Registrations must be completed via this online process. We cannot accept paper forms or phone registrations.
• Submitting a registration form does not guarantee placement into selected classes. (Check COURSE SEARCH to verify there are seats available in the course(s) you are requesting.)
• Registrations are processed by staff on a first come first served basis.
• Enrollment is based on class availability and payment (if required) of tuition and fees.

If MPTC does not have a completed Third-Party Sponsorship form on file for your members they will be responsible for paying course fees.

Click HERE to complete the Third-Party Sponsorship Application form and include the names of all anticipated sponsored members for the academic year.

• If you need to add a new member, please submit an additional Third-Party Sponsorship form authorizing MPTC to bill you for the new member.
