Weekly Culinary Specials
Students in the Fond du Lac campus MPTC Culinary Arts program sell food items prepared in class. Products are located in the cafeteria coolers. Selling times and items are posted weekly. Both times and items will vary and are subject to change as they are tied to student coursework. Products are available on a first-come first-served basis. After 1:30 p.m. all sales must be cash or check only.
The Park Terrace at the Culinary Arts Center is the campus restaurant. MPTC Culinary Arts students create, cook and serve all meals at the restaurant.
Park Terrace features a different ethnic or specialty theme every day in the spring semester. In the fall semester, the fare is casual with a local pub feel.
