Moraine Park Technical College has been awarded a five-year, $2.99 million Title III Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) grant from the U.S. Department of Education. The grant will support MPTC IMPACCT (Integrated Modernization for Postsecondary Access, Completion, Careers and Teaching), a comprehensive initiative designed to enhance student success through improvements in academic quality, student support services and technology infrastructure.
The project period runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031.
Through MPTC IMPACCT, Moraine Park will strengthen online and hybrid learning opportunities, enhance academic advising and career navigation services, implement enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, improve data governance and cybersecurity and expand technology-enabled tools that support student success.
These investments are expected to improve student retention, completion and workforce outcomes while strengthening the College’s long-term capacity to serve learners and employers throughout the region.

Over the next five years, the grant will help Moraine Park enhance the student experience, modernize critical systems and processes and build sustainable infrastructure that supports innovation and institutional effectiveness. The initiative is designed to create lasting improvements that will benefit students well beyond the grant period.
