Moraine Park Technical College is proud to host its first Health & Wellness Fair on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, and invites you to apply to participate as a vendor.

Event Summary

This fair is designed to connect students, employees, and community members with trusted health and wellness resources that support both mental and physical well-being. In partnership with the JED Foundation, the event will attract an engaged audience actively seeking solutions to improve their overall health. 

The fair will be promoted across Dodge, Green Lake, Fond du Lac, and Washington Counties, providing excellent visibility for participating vendors.

    • Event time:10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Registration Process

If you are interested in participating, please complete the vendor registration form by March 6, 2026. Space is limited to 50 vendors, so early registration is encouraged. 

Each exhibitor will be assigned 1 table and 2 chairs. Table sizes may vary. Products and services can be promoted to potential customers, but direct sales are not permitted.

Compliance 

  • Prohibited Items:  Use, possession, sale, or distribution of narcotics, illegal drugs, weapons, alcohol, explosives, or dangerous chemicals on MPTC-owned property is not permitted. 
  • Animals: Non-service animals on campus must be approved in advance by the fair organizers. 
  • Noise & Odors: Loud noise, strong odors, and hazardous lights are prohibited. 
  • Samples/Demos: Samples and demos are encouraged. Samples and demos, including medical devices or physical contact with attendees, must be approved in advance by the event organizers. Let us know if you are interested in an official presentation or talk. 
  • Direct Sales: Products and services may be promoted to potential customers; however, direct sales are prohibited. Promoting MLMs is prohibited, too. 

Booth 

  • Booth: Each exhibitor will be assigned 1 table and 2 chairs. Table sizes may vary. Free Wi-Fi is available. Please bring your own tablecloths, extension cords, power strips, etc. Let us know if you require outlets or other resources at the table during the application process. We cannot guarantee anything, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 
  • Staffing: Booths must be adequately staffed during all fair hours 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Moraine Park will provide water and snacks in a private room dedicated to vendors. 
  • Setup/Teardown: vendors can set up their booths as early as 8:30 a.m. Booths must be set up latest at 9:45 a.m. Booths must be teared down around 4:45 p.m.

Other

  • Raffle: Let us know if you would like to provide free items for our raffle (goods, gift cards, etc.). 
  • Endorsements: Moraine Park strives to permit the use of its facilities and grounds in a manner consistent with the Constitutions of the State of Wisconsin and the United States of America. Moraine Park does not endorse the messages or point of view expressed by vendors.
