Prospective students with military training and experience can see how that might fulfill requirements within an MPTC program of study.
- Complete the Request Form below (so we know who you are and what MPTC programs interest you)
- Submit Your Transcripts. Upon receipt, your transcripts will be reviewed for potential credit.
Options for submitting your Joint Services Transcript (JST) or Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) transcript.- I have a copy of my transcript: You can attach a PDF version directly to the form. These will be considered an unofficial copy and you will still need to request an official copy be sent directly to MPTC by the DOD or the Air Force.
- I already requested official transcripts be sent to MPTC: Please include a note in the comments section of the form that your transcripts are on their way. We will match your request with your transcripts.
- I need to request official copies of my transcripts: Use the links located in the form below to request official copies be sent directly to MPTC from the DOD or Air Force. (Important – Do not have the transcripts sent to you and then forward to MPTC. They will not be considered official.)
- Get Your Results (receive an email summary of your potential transfer credits within a week-usually sooner)
