    Moraine Park Promise – Student Information

    What is Moraine Park Promise?

    The Moraine Park Promise Scholarship helps to make college a reality for high school seniors with limited financial resources.

    Recipients are awarded $500 each semester, up to four consecutive semesters. Summer excluded.

    Eligibility Criteria

    1. Graduate on time from high school.
    2. Reside in Moraine Park’s district.
    3. Earn a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher.
    4. Complete program admissions in an aid-eligible program by May 1.
    5. Complete the Financial Aid process by May 1, and be Pell Grant eligible.

    Requirements

    1. Enroll full-time (12 credits per semester minimum) at Moraine Park.
    2. Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher while at Moraine Park.
    3. Complete two hours of volunteer time per semester. This can be done on or off campus or by joining a student club or Student Senate.

    Notes

    1. Pell Grant eligibility is determined after completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
    2. Selection is based on the eligibility criteria and GPA.
