Thank you for your interest in Moraine Park! Follow these easy admission steps to begin your journey toward a Moraine Park degree or diploma:

1. Complete an application, pick one up at any Moraine Park campus or call 800-472-4554 and ask to have an application mailed to you.  After completing the electronic application, make sure you save electronically before printing, signing and sending in your $30 application fee.
2. Submit a one-time nonrefundable $30 application fee *
3. Submit official high school transcripts, or GED/HSED transcript and/or college transcripts
4. Take the ACCUPLACER placement assessment, ($15 fee is non-refundable for no shows) or submit ACT or Compass score reports.

*Certificate programs only require the application and $30 fee

Application Deadlines

Moraine Park accepts applications to programs (certificate, technical and associate degree levels) based on availability. Some programs are not currently accepting applications due to large wait lists and capacity limitations.  Application acceptance dates for these programs are evaluated each term.

The following programs are not currently accepting applications:

• Medical Transcription

• Note:  Applications will be accepted from February 15 - March 15, 2012 for the following programs:
  • Health Information Technology
  • Medical Coding Specialist
  • Phlebotomy Technician Certificate
  • Radiography
  • Respiratory Therapist
  • Surgical Technology
    

• Note:  Applications will be accepted from September 15 - October 15, 2012 for the following programs:
  • Nursing: Associate Degree with a Practical Nursing Exit Point
  • Nursing: LPN to ADN Progression Track
