In celebration of commencement week, Moraine Park is featuring the opening of its new Spirit Store and kiosk locations. In early 2020, Moraine Park selected a new bookstore partner, offering completely online services and closing the physical locations on each campus. The plan was to later open spirit store locations on each campus to offer merchandise, commencement material and classroom needs.
In March 2023, the Fond du Lac Campus Spirit Store opened, and Kiosk stores were made available on the Beaver Dam and West Bend campuses. The spring launch allows extended sale timelines for commencement regalia purchases, as well as on-site book buy-back location drop-offs. Additionally, branded items will be readily available as students and families prepare to celebrate graduation and alumni come back to celebrate their alma mater.
Moraine Park Technical College will hold its annual spring commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 20 at 10 a.m. at the Fond du Lac High School. Over 300 graduates are scheduled to participate in the ceremony and receive their associate degree or technical diploma. The Spirit Store Kiosk will also be available at the commencement ceremony, selling branded MPTC and alumni apparel, and flowers.
Spirit Store locations are planned for the Beaver Dam Campus in fall 2023 and West Bend in fall 2025.
