Robert Traylor, chief financial officer and executive vice president at Horicon Bank, was officially sworn in as a member of the Moraine Park District Board during the July 14 board meeting. He will serve as the Employer Member – East, replacing Tom Hopp, whose term ended this year.
At Horicon Bank, Traylor leads the Finance and Facilities departments and plays a key role in the Bank’s financial decision-making. He brings decades of business and financial experience to Moraine Park’s District Board.
Traylor holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from Louisiana Tech University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Wisconsin and Louisiana and a graduate of UW-Madison’s Graduate School of Banking. The Moraine Park Technical College district is governed by a nine-member board representing the communities served by the ten-county district. Each year, three members are appointed by a committee made up of the county board chairpersons from the district’s counties: all or the majority of Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, and Washington counties, and portions of Calumet, Columbia, Marquette, Sheboygan, Waushara and Winnebago counties.
