Moraine Park to Host Health and Wellness Fair on April 28

Health and Wellness Fair, April 2026, Fond du Lac.

Moraine Park Technical College will host its first Health and Wellness Fair on Tuesday, April 28, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Fond du Lac Campus conference center. 

The event will feature 50 community health and wellness exhibitors who will showcase their businesses and how they work to support mental, physical and overall well-being, including:

  • Diverse local health and wellness vendors
  • Free blood pressure checks
  • Health and wellness presentations
  • Mental wellness resources and tools
  • Guidance on physical health and nutrition
  • Resources on substance abuse and victim advocacy

Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to attend two sessions of their choice. Those include:

  • The Connection Between Metabolic Health, Hormones, and Gut Health (Missy Proper, Authentic Wellness)
    Practical ways to support blood sugar, digestion, and daily habits that feel realistic for busy lives.
  •  Identity and Mindset in Integration (Cassandra Leffelman, CL Wellbeing )
    Learn to recognize early signs of overwhelm and regulate your nervous system in real time. Gain tools to stay grounded, clear, and connected in high‑demand environments.
  • Strength Training, Nutrition, and Healthy Aging (Missy Pieters, FIRE Fitness)
    Discover why strength training becomes critical as you age and how to pair it with proper nutrition for lifelong health.
  • Beyond the Crisis: Building a Long‑Term Care Plan Before You Need It (Iva Thelen, Ideal Senior Living Solutions, LLC )
    Learn how to build a proactive long‑term care plan that removes guesswork, protects assets, and helps families make informed decisions before care is urgently needed.
  • Stress Management (Kelly Hall, Into the Woods Wellness)
    Using Ionic Detox Foot Baths, BEMER Therapy, IV Nutrient Therapy, and Infrared Saunas.
  • Reiki, Sound Healing, and Spiritual Guidance (Kayla Phillips, Omkara Healing Center )
    Experience supportive healing practices that promote relaxation, balance, and inner clarity.
