Brand Influencers 

Moraine Park is seeking 5-10 students to serve as our 2023-24 student influencer group. Be the face of Moraine Park and market the college and your program to our district communities. Share your journey and help others to see what it’s like to be a college student today. 

Students who qualify and are selected to be part of the MPTC Brand Influencer Group will qualify for a $500 scholarship.  


Each MPTC Student Influencer is expected to participate in their home campus Student Senate group. 

The group will meet monthly with Marketing Communications to share their college experience and talk engagement ideas. These meetings may consist of photos, video, social and/or interviews.  

The group will be encouraged to participate in all college-wide events such as commencement, Foundation donor events, and recruitment events as needed. One event per year is required and can be selected in advance by the student. 

By participating in the MPTC Student Influencer Group, the students consent to the use of their photo, video, name, story, and additional qualifying information to help market the college and their program. 


Eligible students will: 

  • Be enrolled in an associate degree, Technical Diploma or Apprenticeship program. 
  • Have an MPTC cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher 
  • Enroll in a minimum of 6 credits per semester (except for apprenticeship students). 
  • Students must apply through Marketing and Communications to be accepted. From there, students must fill out a scholarship application to complete the process.  
  • Students must attend the first two meetings- scholarships will be awarded in October to those engaged with the group.
