Ryan Reigle, chairman of the board and CEO of Regal Ware, will serve as Moraine Park’s keynote speaker at the spring 2025 commencement ceremony on May 17. Regal Ware is a privately held, family-owned company headquartered in Wisconsin.
Reigle, a fourth-generation leader of Regal Ware, continues an 80-year family legacy focused on manufacturing and marketing high-quality, American-made premium cookware and kitchen products. Under his leadership, Regal Ware has emphasized strategic investments in local Wisconsin manufacturing jobs, supported entrepreneurship, and prioritized innovation, reflecting a deep commitment to both community and industry advancement.
Since joining Regal Ware in 2007, Reigle has held various key roles, including division president of Saladmaster, where his guidance led to a significant sales increase exceeding 20 percent globally. His leadership further expanded as he assumed positions in Regal Ware as senior vice president of sales, president and CEO, and ultimately chairman and CEO in 2023. Reigle’s tenure has been marked by strategic global growth initiatives, dedication to continuous improvement and exceptional customer experiences.
“I am deeply honored that Moraine Park Technical College asked me to say a few words to the 2025 graduating class of next-generation leaders,” Reigle said. “They are poised to transform our communities with their entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering determination.”
Reigle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from St. Norbert College and an executive MBA from Texas Christian University. He actively serves on the boards of Regal Ware and the Direct Selling Association (DSA).
