Summer Culinary Arts Update

The Culinary Arts Lab is closed during the summer.  Please check back in the fall for Weekly Specials, Artisan Breads and Park Terrace offerings.

Weekly Culinary Specials

Students in the Fond du Lac campus MPTC Culinary Arts program sell food items prepared in class. Products are located in the cafeteria coolers. Selling times and items are posted weekly. Both times and items will vary and are subject to change as they are tied to student coursework. Products are available on a first-come first-served basis. After 1:30 p.m. all sales must be cash or check only.

Park Terrace

The Park Terrace at the Culinary Arts Center is the campus restaurant. MPTC Culinary Arts students create, cook and serve all meals at the restaurant.

The day’s student manager prepares the dishes with the freshest ingredients available.  Students prepare all menu items in the kitchens of the MPTC Culinary Arts Center.

The restaurant is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for lunch. The menu features a different ethnic or specialty theme every day in the spring semester. In the fall semester, the fare is casual with a local pub feel.

Reservations are strongly encouraged (see our online registration link below).
