I can’t open my myMPTC account. What am I doing wrong?

If you try to open your account using the online webform, you may get the following error message:

error message stating "One or more pieces of information entered does not match what is stored in our system and we are unable to open your account."

Cause: The system can’t verify the information you put in.

This could be due to:

  • Incorrect spelling (by user or in the database)
  • Use of nickname, i.e. “Johnny” instead of “John”
  • Incorrect birthday in database
  • User may not have been “provisioned” yet or correctly, i.e. data is not available in one or more of the necessary systems.

Please call the Technology Help Line at extension 4357 (on campus) or at 920-924-3481 (off campus) to help you resolve the issue.

IMPORTANT: Please wait until you have received an instructional email before you attempt to open your student account.
There is a delay between the time you are registered for a class and/or accepted to a program and when you are provisioned as a student in our system.
