SUMMARY:WB: CNC Club Boys and Girls Club Toy Drive
DESCRIPTION:The CNC Club is proud to sponsor the Annual MPTC B&G Club Toy Drive – from Monday\, December 6th through Monday\, December 13th.  Toys can be dropped off at bins located under the Main Entrance Christmas Tree.\nThe Boys & Girls Clubs of Washington County has four Club sites in four different communities in Washington County and serves over 2\,500+ youth annually. Communities with Club sites include Hartford\, Jackson\, Kewaskum\, and West Bend. Our mission is to enable all youth people to realize their full potential as productive\, caring\, responsible citizens. To do this we focus on three program areas which we believe will fulfill our mission.\n\nChristmas is a challenging time for many families in need and to provide a child a TOY would make their Christmas!\nWe would so appreciate you dropping off any new toys or slightly used toys to the WB main entrance TOY Drive drop off bins before December 13th!

DESCRIPTION:Being a great listener is essential at work. If someone shows a sincere desire to understand what others have to say\, has an open mind\, and is willing to have their assumptions and conclusions about others’ messages corrected\, they show the signs of being an active listener. Listening with Intent teaches participants how to master the skills of active listening. They will learn how to connect with the speaker\, how to collect information by paying attention to the context of the message\, how to reach an unbiased conclusion about what they learned\, and how to understand common situations that block active listening. \n$150 per person. Price includes material and refreshments.

SUMMARY:Advanced Project Management
DESCRIPTION:It’s easy to forget the “manager” part of your “project manager” title among the other range of activities you are responsible for. However\, your management skills are an important part of your success as a project manager\, so it is crucial that you grow both of those skill sets. There are also some advanced project management techniques that you can master to help bring your projects to successful completion. This workshop presumes that participants have a thorough understanding of project management\, including topics such as preparing a statement of work\, setting project goals\, scheduling\, budgeting\, managing project risks\, and executing a project. \n$225 per person. Price includes materials\, refreshments and lunch.
