DESCRIPTION:Learn quick and easy ways to identify triggers and how to manage stress for better sleep\, immunity\, and mood followed by a session of stretching that can be done anywhere\, including your desk\, with a focus on hips and legs. Series 4 will review how stress can be the primary cause of many diseases and how it affects all your body systems.
