SUMMARY:Automotive Computers and Scan Tools
DESCRIPTION:Explore computer control systems and troubleshoot using Snap-on Verus scan tools in class. Expand on electrical testing techniques covered in Automotive Circuits & Testing and Automotive Voltage & Ohmeters. Students are encouraged to bring other brand lab scopes for classroom discussion. Students should take Automotive Intro to Scan Tools prior to this course or have significant scan tool experience. Classroom education is combined with hands-on application. Course prepares student for completion of A6 ASE electrical exam.
