SUMMARY:Green Belt Certification
DESCRIPTION:The Wisconsin Technical College System (WTCS) – Green Belt Certification takes your employees to the next level of training in the Six Sigma philosophy. The certification includes 88 hours of classroom training and 5 hours of individualized coaching on your project. Participants will apply the skills and tools learned to their workplace project (This is a prerequisite for the Six Sigma Black Belt Completion Program.) \nThe Six Sigma approach: \n\nUtilizes DMAIC (Define\, Measure\, Analyze\, Improve\, Control) methodology.\nClosely understands customer needs.\nHas disciplined use of facts\, data and statistical analysis.\nPays diligent attention to managing\, improving and reinventing business processes.\nUses training designed to be easy to comprehend and implement.\n\nUpon course completion\, each participant will receive:\n• Six associate of applied science degree credits. \n\nA Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from Moraine Park\, in partnership with the WTCS.\n\n  \nThis class meets on the following dates: \nAugust 28\, 29 and 30 \nSeptember 19 and 20 \nOctober 17 and 18 \nNovember 14 and 15 \nDecember 19 and 20 \nJanuary 10\, 2019 – Final Project Presentations
