Application Process and FAQs

How to Apply

  1. Search our current career opportunities here and find one that matches your needs.
  2. Complete the online application and submit any supplemental items. Please reach out to jobs@morainepark.edu with any questions.
  3. Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application along with the hiring committee. We will reach out to any applicants we are interested in moving forward with.

This link will take you right to our careers site where you can select the “log back in” button in the upper right corner to log back into your account: https://careers-morainepark.icims.com. 

Because we know you have tons of passwords for everything today, you can reset your password any time:

  1. Click on “log back in”
  2. Put in your username
  3. Click on “continue”
  4. Select “reset password”

Sure! Any information you add to your profile and application information will be saved so you can come back and complete it at a later date. If you have already started the application questions, you can click the SAVE button to save and close the application. You can then log back in to your account and pick up right where you left off.

Of course! We are sure with all of your talents that you are a fit for more than one job here. Just make sure to use the same account to apply for all jobs. Remember, you’ll need to make sure your resume is up to date and should upload separate cover letters for each job you apply for, if desired.

You can add additional work experience, as needed, to your application by clicking the Show More (Professional Experience) button. You will then be able to add the details of your current/previous job(s). This is not required if you have a resume that indicates your work experience.

Do you see a question that has not yet been answered? All required fields on the profile and application need to be completed. These will be highlighted if left undone. For any questions that may not apply, you will still need to enter N/A. Once you have all the required fields complete, you can move to the next page and/or submit the application.

We post our jobs for a minimum of 5 business days, but it could be posted until the job is filled.  Some jobs will have a closing date or initial screening date indicated on the posting.

You will receive a confirmation email upon completing your application. If you did not get an email, don’t forget to check your spam or junk folders and make sure you entered the correct email address in your profile. You will also see an “Application Received” status next to the open position when you log in to your Dashboard.

Good news! You will not need to recreate your resume or upload a new cover letter as that information is saved to your profile. We do highly recommend that you ensure the information included on the resume and cover letter is accurate and up to date prior to applying.

Unfortunately once a job has closed, it is removed from the website and applications are no longer accepted.

If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted via phone and/or email. You will also be notified via email if any additional information is needed or if you have not been selected for a position.

You sure can. If you wish to withdraw from a job that you already applied for, please log in and remove yourself from consideration by clicking the “withdraw” button on your dashboard.
