MPTC is selling food items prepared in class by the Culinary Arts students on the Fond du Lac campus. Products are located in the cafeteria coolers. Selling times and items are posted weekly. Both times and items will vary and are subject to change as they are tied to student coursework. Products are available on a first-come first-served basis. After 1:30 p.m. all sales must be cash or check only.

The Park Terrace at the Culinary Arts Center is the campus restaurant serving meals created, cooked and served by MPTC Culinary Arts Students.
This semester, Park Terrace is offering a specialty pub menu. Dishes are prepared with the freshest ingredients available and offered by the day’s student manager. All menu items are prepared in the kitchens of the MPTC Culinary Arts Center.
Restaurant hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with last seating at 12:30 p.m. Reservations are strongly encouraged (see our online registration link below).
