Weekly Specials

MPTC is selling food items prepared in class by the Culinary Arts students on the Fond du Lac campus. Products are located in the cafeteria coolers. Selling times and items are posted weekly. Both times and items will vary and are subject to change as they are tied to student coursework. Products are available on a first-come first-served basis. After 1:30 p.m. all sales must be cash or check only.

Park Terrace

The Park Terrace at the Culinary Arts Center is the campus restaurant serving meals created, cooked and served by MPTC Culinary Arts Students.

Dishes are prepared with the freshest ingredients available and offered by the day’s student manager.  All menu items  are prepared in the kitchens of the MPTC Culinary Arts Center.

The restaurant is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for lunch and features a different ethnic or specialty theme every day in the spring semester. In the fall semester, the fare is casual with a local pub feel.

Reservations are strongly encouraged (see our online registration link below).
