Culinary Arts Research Guide


Scope
The word culinary comes from a French word, Culinaire, meaning denoting the art of (culina means kitchen) cooking. This guide serves as a starting point for finding information of interest to the Culinary Arts and Food Services student. This guide will help the user to locate articles, books, and Internet resources on the subject of Culinary arts and Food Services.  If you would like additional assistance please ask the Reference Librarian.
