ABC Glazing Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship Program: 50-417-9
Four Years (consisting of three years of schooling)
Campus: Fond du Lac
Glaziers install all types of glass products and architectural metals. Examples of products: plate and sheet glass, insulating units, spandrels, plastics, mirrors, shower doors and tub enclosures, aluminum entrances and doors, windows, storefronts, hardware application, curtain walls and slope walls. Glaziers use a variety of hand and power tools and must also be knowledgeable in anchoring systems and caulking techniques.
This program is a nontraditional occupation for women.

Application Requirements
Applicants should be 18 years of age and must forward the following to ABC: (1) completed apprenticeship application, (2) copy of birth certificate, (3) copy of high school transcript or GED, (4) copy of driver’s license and (5) completed Employer Sponsorship Application. There are no algebra or GATB requirements for this program.
