Student Success Center
The Student Success Center (SSC) offers the following free services:
- Academic assessment
- Instruction in math, reading, writing or study skills
- Preparation for the GED/HSED
- Preparation for college entrance exams such as the Accuplacer, ACT, SAT, COMPASS, etc.
- Assistance with college course assignments

MPTC program students view a brief Power Point presentation as an introduction to the Student Success Centers before attending for assistance with courses. Simply visit one of the Student Success Centers or outreach sites listed below.
Adults who haven't studied in a SSC before or within the last 18 months need to attend a Student Success Center Registration prior to studying in a center.
All locations will be closed September 1 and 9 and November 26, 27, & 28. All schedules are subject to change. All instruction is free.
