Room/Equipment Reservation Procedure

The applicant must contact the campus and indicate the date(s), time(s), nature of the event, technology needs, attendance by public officials and size of the group. Appropriate space will be reserved, pending return of the signed "Application for Rental of MPTC Facilities" form.

 

This form will be sent to the applicant and includes confirmation of the following:

  • Title of event
  • Purpose of event 
  • Date of request
  • Space requested
  • Time of day 
  • Technology needs
  • Request for food/equipment/services
  • Room configuration
  • Signage needs
  • Certification of nondiscrimination
  • Hold-harmless clause

Applications must be made at least 30 days in advance, and signed  "Application for Rental of MPTC Facilities" forms must be returned to campus personnel within 10 business days of the event. Emergency requests from community nonprofit groups will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
