Focus StrategiesFocus strategies represent annual tactics that staff implement to directly meet the short-term objectives and the long-term goals of Moraine Park. Focus strategy ideas are initiated by work teams and constitute ideas from all functions and employee groups of the College. Some strategies require new budget resources; others do not. All ideas are forwarded to the Planning and Budget Coordination Committee (PBCC) for consideration. After deliberation, strategies that have the greatest impact on College goals are approved.
