Budget and Planning

Moraine Park Technical College is organized in a team structure that supports learning college principles. The structure, aligned with the College’s strategic planning and budget processes, ensures that key stakeholders (community, business and industry, employees and students) have a voice in Moraine Park’s practices and future. Each year through discussion, the president, the district board and the College’s Planning and Leadership Team (CPLT) create long-range goals and assure alignment with the College mission and vision.
