Strategy ForumThe AQIP Strategy Forum provides the College with a supportive, facilitated peer review process that stimulates and assists us in selecting, critically examining and committing to Action Projects that will drive quality improvement. Within the larger sequence of activities and services that constitute the Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP), these Action Projects strengthen the College’s commitment to continuous improvement; educate and motivate faculty, staff and administrators; and improve systems and processes that will make the College more successful in achieving its goals.
