Exit Assessment at a Glance
Exit Assessments fall under two major categories, either:
1. ePortfolio Exit Assessment (Chalk and Wire) or
2. All Other Exit Assessments such as Capstone projects or experiences, Portfolios, Internship, Clinical Evaluations, and/or Standardized Tests.
Once you have identified your required Exit Assessment, Follow one of the paths below:
ePortfolio Exit Assessment
2. Identify Program Outcomes*
4. Submit ePortfolio to Program instructor(s) for verification and graduation
OR
All Other Exit Assessments
1. Identify Program Outcomes*
2. Discuss requirements of Exit Assessment with Program instructor
3. Complete and Submit required Exit Assessment to Program instructor for verification and graduation
* Students who were awarded Advanced Standing for the Student Success course will learn where to find Program Outcome information in the letter they receive from the Admissions Specialist. All other students will learn of their Program Outcomes in the Student Success course.
