Water/Wastewater Courses, Certification and Licensing
In addition to offering the Water Quality Technician Associate Degree program, Moraine Park currently updates and offers associate degree courses, continuing education courses and seminars in wastewater treatment and water supply. These courses help prepare students for Department of Natural Resources certification and licensing.

Working in partnership with other professional organizations provides for good training communication and delivery of current skills. Moraine Park maintains communication with the Wisconsin Wastewater Operators Association, Wisconsin Rural Water Association, Central States, American Water Works Association, Federation of Environmental Technicians, and the Department of Natural Resources. Moraine Park provided the leadership for organizing the Water/Wastewater Education Association. Board members are selected from each of the above-mentioned professional organizations to serve in directing coordinated training efforts in Wisconsin.
