Two Equal Opportunity Officers, 235 North National Avenue, Fond du Lac, Wisconsin 54936-1940, have been designated to coordinate compliance with the non-discrimination requirements of the Civil Rights Act of 1991; the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as amended; the Equal Pay Act of 1963, as amended; Title IX of the 1972 Education Amendments; Section 504 of the 1973 Rehabilitation Act; the Wisconsin Fair Employment Law; Federal and Wisconsin Executive Orders; Wisconsin Administrative Code; the Carl D. Perkins Vocational Education Act; and the Office for Civil Rights Guidelines.

Persons who need material in an alternate format or other accommodations must write or call the contact person for the specific program or call the Equal Opportunity Office at least five working days prior to the event for which the aid or accommodation is needed.
