Protection of Student Records
It is the policy of Moraine Park Technical College to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). This law governs the release of “directory information” to the public without the student’s consent. A student can request the College not to release directory information. Contact the Registrar’s Office for more information.
